Why use 2017-2019 for Coke but 2018-2020 for Pep?

At the time this was written KO had not yet filed their 2020 10-K with the SEC, so the last 3 years was 2017-2019 rather than 2018-2020. Now that the 2020 numbers are out, the values don't really change that much, KO is still on an uptrend in earnings as a result of cost cutting, and has higher margins than PEP
