I invest regularly in VWRL for the same diversification reasons (+ individual stocks). However, I am aware I’m equity focused, do you diversify into other asset classes like fixed income or REITs?

I don't consider REITs to be a different asset class, because on a fundamental level it's still an equity investment into a business (and one i have no first hand control over). For that reason i consider both of my REITs to be a part of my equity portfolio (indeed Realty Income is my 4th biggest position with intel just ahead).
I don't invest in fixed income. While there are certain legitimate reasons and circumstances in which fixed income is a good investment, for my goals and my current standing in life, it makes little sense to invest in fixed income.
